Please join us for a presentation and discussion of INEQUALITY: SOURCES AND SOLUTIONS
Economics is one of the major factors influencing our lives, as demonstrated by the close relationship between economic health and physical health. Kris Breckman, our presenter, will focus on inequality in income and property. Kris hopes to remove some of the mystique surrounding economics by treating the topic in an easily understandable language, free from economic jargon and the mathematical formulas that have become a significant part of current practice. He will also illustrate how humanist philosophy both contributed to the problem and also offered solutions. Group discussion will follow the presentation.
Refreshments will be provided.
We hope you can join us for an evening of a thoughtful exchangeof ideas to address issues of inequality/
The Humanist Forums are held at the Unitarian Universalist Church, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., on the second Wednesday of each month. Mark your calendars!.
