Becoming Self-Aware: How the Journey Back to Ourselves Broadens Our Perspective

We each move through the world with our own stories, assumptions and habitual ways of seeing. Through an experiential exploration of the Enneagram’s Centres of Intelligence, we’ll notice how the body, heart and mind shape what we see and what we may be missing. Self-awareness invites us to become curious about our automatic patterns of thinking, feeling and doing to discover what lies beyond our familiar perspective.

In follow-up to her service earlier this year,Tamara Kroeker joins us to speak on the fascinating topic of self-development. A leadership development and professional coach using the Enneagram framework, Tamara works with both individuals and organizations to develop self-aware leaders and teams.
