Half-day sessions:

Advance Care Directives Workshop 9 a.m. – 12 noon

  • Advance Care Directives presented by Dying with Dignity.
  • Bring a bag lunch. A short presentation will be offered 12 noon – 1 p.m.

Planning a Memorial Service for yourself and others 1:15 – 3:30 pm 

Full-day session:

Communications: How to talk about Death 9:00 – 3:30
