Volunteers needed for farm work

Volunteers needed for farm work

10 volunteer “farmers” needed for two work bees hoeing corn at Dale’s farm near Anola. The money from sale of this sweet, pesticide-free corn later this summer will be used to support refugees we are sponsoring.

Probable dates will be around June 15 to 18. Plan on a 4 hour shift plus travel time (about 45 minutes each way). Transportation to be arranged closer to the date.

Bring your own hoe if you have one, and food, water, sun hat, work gloves, bug spray & sunscreen. We’ll provide cooler with ice and drinks.
