  • Hollywood director Tom Shadyac (Ace Ventura, Liar Liar, and Bruce Almighty) lived life large until a life-threatening head injury sent him on a new journey. With a small camera crew, he travelled the earth to determine what's wrong with our world, and what we can do about it. Shadyac interviewed remarkable men and women from the fields of science, philosophy, and faith--including David Suzuki, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and Lynne McTaggart. The documentary I AM (2011) is a result of this search. It ends on a hopeful note which begs the question: What if the solution to the world's problems was right in front of us all along?
