After more than 20 years of hope, planning, and persistence, the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Winnipeg is thrilled to announce the installation of a lift that provides access to all levels of our building!

Thanks to the dedication of the Pearce family, the AIM (Accessible Inclusive Ministry) Team, and countless donors and supporters, we’ve turned a long-held vision into reality. From early fundraising efforts in memory of Ken Pearce to successful grant applications and community advocacy, this journey has been one of resilience and commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

We celebrated this milestone with a dedication ceremony on June 8. Thank you to everyone who helped lift us up—literally and figuratively!
