Meditation Group

This self-directed meditation group is open to all members and friends of the congregation.

  • The benefits of meditation are many, which can include cultivating a more peaceful mind, better concentration, a positive outlook on life, and spiritual growth.
  • Regular practice is the key, and one goal of the group is to encourage one another in our meditation practice.
  • Rotating facilitators will begin each evening with a brief check-in, followed by offering a guided meditation or two.
  • Different methods of meditation will be explored and discussed.

The Meditation Group meets the first and third Monday of each month, from 7:00 - 8:30 pm., in the living room of the house at 503 Wellington Crescent. The fall dates are:

  • October 2 and 16
  • November 6 and 20
  • December 4 and 18
