This three-session program, based on Powerful Non-Defensive Communication (PNDC), will support parents, grandparents, and caregivers as they navigate how to use authority wisely; set firm, nurturing limits; and have great talks with children and teens.

In this “flipped classroom” setting, participants prepare for each session by listening to/reading/watching materials at home, then attend sessions where this material is discussed.

Facilitated by Pat Lane and other trained PNDC facilitators. There will be a cost of US $10 for materials (we’ll confirm the Canadian rate with participants, but it will be around $13-15).

Mondays March 1, 8, and 15, from 7:00-8:30 p.m.
