Jim Gardiner, currently enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University, will share insights from his career with the Winnipeg Fire Department and his personal journey of growth. He will explore the transformative power of a trusted listener — the kind that fosters success, connection, and authentic understanding in any relationship.
