Values for a Liveable City
We have been invited to a forum on Values for a Livable City, Thursday, September 22, 7:00 PM Manitoba Museum Auditorium, Concourse level, Rupert St. Entrance.
Values for a Liveable City brings together four people – Brent Bellamy, Jino Distasio, Hazel Borys and Leslie Spillett – who have thought carefully about community priorities. They will share their ideas with us and we can share our ideas with them at this Public Forum. Before voting for our next mayor and city councillors we need serious public discussion of the problems facing our community and the priorities that should guide the new mayor and council as they grapple with the task of shaping our collective future.
-Arthur Schafer, Panel Moderator and Founding Director of the Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics
