Congregational Event Communication Submission Form

Use this form to submit an announcement or information about a confirmed upcoming congregational event for publication in one or more of our communication methods: weekly email, monthly newsletter (The Communicator), website, Facebook, Twitter, and newspapers. 

  • Please note that to schedule an event at the church, before filling in this form, you must contact the church office directly: send the office an email or call 204-474-1261 and speak to the Office Administrator.
  • Email pictures to the social media team.
  • If you are re-submitting an event to make a correction or provide updated information, please note this in the title (e.g., "CORRECTION" or "UPDATE"), and make a note in the comments that the event was submitted previously and what has changed.

Please provide your information so that we can contact you with questions. Note that this information will not show in your announcement or event. If you want to include contact information in your announcement or event, please include that information in the Announcement/Event Details, below.

Lead Time

Please note below how far in advance of the event you need to submit this form:

  • Weekly Email: Submissions are due by 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
  • Newsletter, The Communicator: Submissions are due midnight of the 20th of each month, except for the combined issue in July and August (due June 20th) and January's issue (due December 15th).
  • Website: Please submit at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Facebook: Please submit at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Twitter: Please submit at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Newspapers: Submit at a minimum two weeks before you want the announcement to appear. Publication is at the discretion of the newspaper.

Announcement/Event Details

Please fill in these fields with your announcement/event title, a short description, and the full (longer) text. Please remember to include all important details such as the event date and time, the location, and the cost. We reserve the right to make editorial changes as applicable.


We encourage you to arrange for child care so that all people can attend. At least two weeks prior to the date of the event, please contact the Director of Lifespan Faith Development to arrange child care for your event.
