Provincial Election Environmental Forum

It is not to late to see and hear the  election forum on the environment!

(Thanks to Paul Graham for making this available.)

On Tuesday  March 8th, the Green Action Committee along with the Manitoba Eco-network and the Green Action Centre, held a successful forum featuring  the environmental platforms of the parties running in the upcoming election. Although there was much agreement between the parties on what needs to be done to protect the environment, there were some interesting differences of opinion.

James Allum represented the NDP, James Beddome represented the Green Party, Darrel Rankin represented the Communists, and Bryan Van Wilgenburg represented the Liberal Party. The PC party declined to participate.
