Located on the bank of the Assiniboine in River Heights, our building is both traditional, using the original house built on the property a hundred years ago, and contemporary, with the sanctuary built by members of the congregation itself twenty years ago. We are currently engaged in an assessment about the accessibility of our building and programs as part of our commitment to the Accessibility and Inclusion Ministries certification process.

Office Hours

Note: Because of physical distancing, we may not have staff in the building. You are encouraged to call first (204) 474-1261. Updates can be found on the Resources During Physical Distancing and Isolation page.

The congregation’s office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Contact our office. Due to Rev. Meghann’s constantly shifting schedule of worship planning, pastoral care, public witness, and community engagement, she is available by appointment. Please visit calendly.com/pegcityrev to schedule a meeting (in-person or via Zoom) or a phone call with her.

During the week, we use the door into the original house as our office entrance, which is on the left if you are facing the church from the parking lot. This door is always locked, so please use the doorbell for access. When events are held in the Sanctuary (for worship, weddings, memorials, and more), the glass double doors are open (on the right if you are facing the church from the parking lot).

We have a private parking lot, and ask that you follow the directions on the lot signs in order to leave adequate room for cars to enter and leave. Street parking is also available on Wellington Crescent.

Public Transit and Directions

Our Google Maps link offers you door-to-door directions for driving, walking, biking, or public transit. We are adjacent to stops for the 20, 29, and 99 Winnipeg Transit bus lines. Get off the bus on the South side of the river and head West, across the light at Academy, and then North to Wellington. We are located on the North (river) side of Wellington Crescent, just West of the Maryland bridge.
